Adapted for Tash Chicken retail orders. Tash Chicken is a brand of Porkish Delight.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Tash Chicken platform, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If a customer does not agree with any part of these terms, they must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. User Eligibility & Account Security
Our services are strictly limited to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Users must be at least 18 years old. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities occurring under their account.
3. Perishable Product Accuracy & Availability
Because we sell fresh and processed meat products, product weights may vary slightly during portioning, preparation, and packaging. Tash Chicken / Porkish Delight reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any item or discontinue products without prior notice based on seasonal availability and livestock supply.
4. Pricing and Payment Integrity
All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any moment. Payments must be made in full via our authorized online payment gateways (when available) before an order is processed; cash-on-delivery or pay-on-delivery (if applicable) must be settled exactly at the time of handover.
5. Order Verification & Safety Protocols
We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any order that exhibits signs of fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect delivery information. In the event of a dispute, we may request official identification or address verification from the customer before releasing the order.
6. Strict No-Return & Inspection Mandate
Critical perishable policy: Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations regarding meat products, products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once delivered. Customers are required to inspect the quality and temperature of the product immediately upon delivery while the rider is present.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content present on the Tash Chicken website/app—including logos, graphics, text, images, brand names, and digital downloads—is the exclusive intellectual property of Porkish Delight / Tash Chicken. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tash Chicken / Porkish Delight shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability for any order-related discrepancy shall not exceed the exact monetary amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
9. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Porkish Delight, Tash Chicken, its directors, employees, and delivery partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the customer's misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
